Relationship with breweries

Our company wish to become the brand manager and the factory representative office of Belgian breweries in China to maximize sales and brand development in an open book collaboration without having the brewery invest in its own structure in China.

  • Develop strategy by analyzing market pricing, major trends and competition by region, by products and also considering previous good or bad experience in China for brewery brands;
  • Establish regular reporting and communication to keep brewery awaring of brand performance and market changes; Make Annual budget with brewery with marketing / pos budget;
  • Organize shipments and make payments to brewery based on agreed payment terms;
  • Option of having your own brand manager based in our office to develop your sales in direct in China and do all major events and activation of new account opening with support of our team.
